To be eligible for a return:

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or damaged products not caused by a manufacturing issue

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
